Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the on-line shop and enter the quantity of the items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Before you are asked for credit card details you will enter a secure site and the padlock icon will appear.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Credit Card Security

At 'Check-out' you will enter a secure site and the padlock icon will appear before you are asked for credit card details. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your security is guaranteed by us.

Guarantee

Product guarantees vary according to the manufacturer. Minimum product guarantee is 1 year and some come with a Lifetime Guarantee against rust causing failure.

Privacy Policy

North Park Farm Activity Toys do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

Please check your goods when they arrive. If they are faulty or something is missing you need to contact us immediately. If one of our manufacturers deliver direct to you, some have the policy that faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt so it is in your best interest to check as soon as it arrives. We will arrange for faulty goods to be uplifted and replaced at our expense. If you do not want a replacement or we are unable to supply a replacement then a full refund will be given.

Non-faulty goods must be returned by you and at your expense within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the goods will be refunded after we have received them and checked that they are intact and the packaging and labels are not damaged. The carriage charge you paid and the return carriage charge will not be refunded. If you need to return an item please contact us first on 01273 833643.

Remittance Terms

We accept all credit & debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diner's Club.

Cheques are accepted made payable to North Park Farm Ltd. but please allow time for your cheque to clear before we despatch your goods.
